It’s Our LORD’s Passover, Not Man’s Passover: Christ-The Spotless & Unblemished ‘Male’ Passover Lamb

The Old & New Testament Lamb: God’s Order With Detailed Instructions. Both Shall Be An Male Lamb Spotless & Without Blemished

  • Your lamb shall be an unblemished male a year old; you may take it from the sheep or from the goats. Exodus 12:5

By faith, he kept the Passover and the sprinkling of the blood, so that the destroyer of the firstborn would not touch them. Hebrews 11:28

GOD Is A God Of Order: Order Of A Battle Arrangement, God Sets The Order Of Families, God Sets The Order Of Nations’

  • All these being men of war, that could order (eder) the battle array… 1 Chronicles 12:38 (ASV)

“ But with precious blood, as of a lamb unblemished and spotless, the blood of Christ. 1 Peter 1:19

The Seven Festivals of God Represents Family Order

  • The Passover:

“ Clean out the old leaven so that you may be a new lump, just as you are in fact unleavened. For Christ, our Passover also has been sacrificed. 1 Corinthians 5:7

6a. Again this feast ‘the Day of Atonement is to be celebrated as an “everlasting ordinance wherever you live”.

  • Why? Christ, the Passover Lamb atoned for all our sins, transgressions, iniquities, diseases and viruses, and/or plagues-we are “all” healed physically first and spiritually lastly, we just have to believe; aka, have faith in God.

The LORD said to Moses, “Say to the Israelites: ‘On the fifteenth day of the seventh month (Tishri) the LORD’s Feast of Tabernacles begins, and it lasts for seven days…This is to be a lasting ordinance for the generations to come. Live in booths for seven days: All native-born Israelites are to live in booths so your descendants will know that I had the Israelites in booths when I brought them out of Egypt.’” (Leviticus 23:33,34,41,42)

7a. The Seven Festivals are symbolic and representative of the Last Adam, Christ, Christ came to earth to ‘redeem and restore’ God’s family with his precious blood which encompases His “Grace & Mercy,”

7b. God’s Grace & Mercy….

Ancient Biblical Hebrew word for ‘Mercy’ means to be “merciful” such as “compassionate” or “full of compassion.” in addition, it benefits that Christ capacity… “to bend or stoop in kindness to an inferior; to favor, bestow” As a father, bends and stoops for his children misdeeds or mishaps; likewise, Christ “bends or stoops’ for us in our moments of weakness and stupidity.

  • But you, O Lord, are a God merciful and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love and faithfulness. (Psalm 86:15)

7b. God’s Grace & Mercy Is A Free UnMerited & Underserved Gift From God…

MERCY: It still would have been infinite mercy to us, to NOT give us what we DID DESERVE. The difference between grace and mercy is that mercy is not getting what we deserve.

GRACE: God heaps upon us infinite blessings WE DO NOT DESERVE. In mercy he withholds what we DID MERIT – eternal wrath; and in grace pours out upon us what we COULD NEVER MERIT: Eternal life, infinite joy, being one with Christ, being made like Christ.

  • For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God… (Ephesians 2:8)

The First Passover was observed the night before Israel left Egypt “Bondage, Slavery.”

  • The LORD said…”each man is to take a lamb for his family… Slaughter them at twilight. Then they are to take some of the blood and put it on the sides and tops of the doorframes of the houses where they eat the lambs. That same night they are to eat the meat roasted over the fire, along with bitter herbs, and bread made without yeast…On that same night I will pass through Egypt and strike down every firstborn… The blood will be a sign for you on the houses where you are; and when I see the blood, I will pass over you. (Exodus 12:1,3,6-8,12,13)

God Instructed the Hebrews To Commemorate Passover Festival Each Year As An Everlasting Ordinance; aka, Covenant Between God & Our Families.

  • “[The Passover] is a day you are to commemorate; for the generations to come you shall celebrate it as a festival to the LORD – a lasting ordinance (olam huqah). (Exodus 12:14)

Historically, each year all Hebrews and/or Israelistes are to observe the Passover with a meal of a lamb, bitter herbs and unleavened bread, all of which are symbolic of God’s deliverance of the Hebrews from Egypt. The lamb symbolizes the sacrifice of a ‘spotless & unblemished’ lamb and its blood for the redemption of the firstborn.

The bitter herbs symbolize the bitterness of slavery which the Hebrews endured for over 400 years and the unleavened bread symbolizes the haste in which they left Egypt, because there was no time to let yeast rise, the bread was made without yeast (leaven).
